01

What the forms collect

The Support page helps you prepare an email with the location, machine ID if known, transaction date, optional time and amount, optional last four card digits, a description and your email address.

The form does not submit these details to a website server. They stay in the page until you copy the report or open an email draft. You must send the email yourself. Credentials links directly to our email address; it has no contact form.

Please do not include a full card number, security code or patient information. Basic checks help catch long card numbers, but they cannot detect every sensitive detail.

The website has no visitor analytics or advertising trackers installed. The hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.

02

Why we collect it

We use the information you choose to email to understand your inquiry, locate a transaction or investigate a service issue. Include only what is needed to explain the problem.

03

How long it’s kept

The website does not save the form as an account or report database. Emails you send are held in our business email system. Contact us if you want to ask about the information in a particular email or request its deletion.

04

Who it’s shared with

Your email provider handles the draft and delivery when you choose to send a report. NWA Fresh uses its business email system to receive and respond.

Resolving a transaction or equipment issue may require relevant details to be shared with the payment provider or a facility contact. Please keep unrelated personal information out of your report.

05

How to ask us to delete it

Email nwafresh@gmail.com with a description of what you sent and approximately when. You can also ask for a correction or ask what information we hold.

Payment records held by your bank or the payment provider are separate from correspondence sent to NWA Fresh. Requests about those records need to go to the organization holding them.

What we aim for

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target for this website, and treat it as ongoing work rather than a finished job. This statement is not an independent certification.

02

What to do if something does not work

Email nwafresh@gmail.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way — your device or assistive technology is helpful to know if you have it to hand. We will reply and tell you what we can do about it.
